Keeping bees is a passion for us at Izzy's Farm and Apiary.  Our main focus is bee health and survival.  We only harvest pure, field foraged honey once a year, usually at the end of May when nectar flow is still strong.  This gives the bees time to build up a nice reserve of honey for  their healthy survival throughout Summer, Fall & Winter.

Harvesting in the late Spring or early Fall  allows us to draw from the purest honey possible for our customers.
